Anxiety disorder is the abnormal feeling of overwhelming apprehension of what is about to happen in the future that can cause unnecessary worry, unfounded fear and distress. For some, an anxiety disorder takes time to build up and it can worsen because of a stressful event.


Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder is a disorder of the brain that affects millions of children worldwide and it usually continue through adulthood if not addressed properly. It is characterised by the combination of persistent problems such as difficulty in concentrating on one task, too much energy or hyperactivity and an impulsive behavior.


Depression is classified as a mood or mental health disorder that disrupts a person’s ability to live a normal life. This is characterised by the continuous feeling of sadness without valid basis, loss of interest on things that was previously enjoyed such as hobbies and consistent feeling of emptiness and worthlessness.


Post-traumatic stress disorder is one of the mental health disorder that is caused by witnessing or experiencing a traumatic even. PTSD is characterised by sudden flashbacks of traumatic memory, nightmares, uncontrollable thoughts about the traumatic event and abnormal anxiety.
